2. Platform Role (Very Important)
CountyHeroes is a technology platform and facilitator, not:
- • A cricket authority
- • A talent agency
- • An employer
- • A payment processor
We only provide discovery, visibility, and tools.
3. Eligibility
- • Users must provide accurate information
- • You are responsible for your account activity
- • One person may not impersonate another
4. Matches, Stats & Scoring
User Responsibilities
- • Match scoring is user-driven
- • CountyHeroes does not guarantee accuracy
- • Disputes must be resolved between participants
- • Stats and rankings are based on submitted data
Our Rights
- • Flag suspicious matches
- • Remove manipulated or fake data
- • Suspend abusive accounts
5. Gig Marketplace Terms
No Payment Handling
CountyHeroes does not collect, hold, or transfer gig payments. All financial arrangements are off-platform.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- • Selection for gigs
- • Payment completion
- • Quality of service
- • Completion of gigs
User Responsibility
You agree to:
- • Verify the other party
- • Agree terms independently
- • Handle disputes directly
CountyHeroes is not liable for:
- • Non-payment
- • Fraud
- • Disputes
- • Losses or damages
6. Pro Subscription
- • Pro features are optional and subscription-based
- • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- • Features may change, improve, or evolve
- • Abuse of Pro benefits may result in suspension
7. User Content
Your Rights
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant CountyHeroes a non-exclusive license to:
- • Display content
- • Distribute content
- • Promote content within the platform
Prohibited Content
You must not post:
- • False or misleading information
- • Offensive or illegal content
- • Impersonation or spam
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:

- • Fraud or misuse
